Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1 – Subject and Parties
This Agreement has been concluded between the following parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Consumer through the website www.naomie.studio (hereinafter referred to as the "WEBSITE").

Article 2 – Date of Agreement
This Agreement is deemed concluded on the date the Consumer completes the order on the WEBSITE, and a copy is sent to the Consumer’s e-mail address.
Article 3 – Product(s)
Details of the product(s) ordered by the Consumer, including unit price, taxes, and quantity, are specified in the order confirmation and invoice.
Article 4 – Delivery of Products
4.1. Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Consumer within 3–7 business days, packaged and intact, together with the invoice.
4.2. If delivery to the specified address becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Consumer within three (3) days and refund all collected payments, including delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days at the latest.
4.3. If delivery is made to another person/institution specified by the Consumer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if that person refuses delivery.
4.4. The Consumer must inspect the product upon delivery. If there is any damage caused by the courier, the Consumer must refuse delivery and request a written report from the courier company. Otherwise, the Seller shall not be liable.
Article 5 – Payment Terms
Payments are made using the method chosen by the Consumer on the WEBSITE. In case of credit card transactions, the Consumer accepts that the applicable interest rates and default interest are subject to the agreement between the Consumer and the bank.
Article 6 – General Provisions
6.1. The Consumer acknowledges that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the product(s), sales price, payment and delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal before placing the order.
6.2. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product(s) in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
6.3. If the Seller cannot fulfill the contractual obligations, the Consumer may be offered a product of equal quality and price before the delivery deadline.
6.4. If the Consumer fails to pay for the product(s) or if payment is canceled in bank records, the Seller is released from the obligation to deliver.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
7.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from delivery, without penalty and without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller in writing or via a permanent data carrier.
7.2. The Consumer must return the product within ten (10) days after notifying withdrawal, unless the Seller agrees to collect it.
7.3. The Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
7.4. The following cases are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Products prepared in line with the Consumer’s requests or personal needs (customized products),

Products that are perishable or may expire quickly,

Products whose protective packaging (such as hygiene seals) has been opened after delivery, making them unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons,

Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery,

Services that have started with the Consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
Article 8 – Returns & Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned product(s).

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the Consumer.

The Consumer is not responsible for changes or deterioration that occur if the product is used only in accordance with its functioning, technical features, and usage instructions.
Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Seller’s records (including electronic and digital records) shall be accepted as conclusive evidence. Up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized; for amounts exceeding this, Consumer Courts in the Consumer’s or Seller’s place of residence are competent.
Article 10 – Enforcement
By completing the order, the Consumer acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the order confirmation and invoice, which are integral parts hereof.
