RETURN POLICY
You may return any item purchased from NAOMIÈ within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days, via the original payment method.
Please note: Items that are custom-made or not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., personalized scarves) are not eligible for return.
SHIPPING&DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For domestic (Turkey) shipments, delivery takes approximately 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
